What We Do

Vermilye Welding Solutions operates a fully equipped fabrication shop combining multi-process welding, CNC machining, precision cutting, and engineering design under one roof. From heavy structural weldments to precision process components, we fabricate to your specification with full documentation, quality control, and in-house testing to back it up. What we build in the shop goes straight to work in the field.

Welding Processes

  • GTAW (TIG): Stainless, aluminum, exotic alloys, precision components

  • GMAW (MIG): Structural steel, aluminum, high-deposition fabrication

  • FCAW: Heavy plate, structural, field-ready weldments

  • SMAW (Stick): Carbon steel, heavy plate, maintenance and repair

  • All processes via Lincoln Electric equipment

Cutting & Machining

  • Flow Mach 500 4020 CNC Waterjet: 6'×13' envelope, up to 10" depth of cut, 5-axis cutting head, virtually any material

  • Fagor 8-Position Turret Lathe: Precision turning and threading

  • Brother TC-228 Vertical Mill: Precision milling, drilling, and threading

  • Plasma cutting & Oxy-fuel cutting

  • Large-format fit-up and layout tables for complex assemblies

  • Full CAD drawing package and shop prints

  • Weld maps and welding procedure specifications

  • Material test reports (MTRs)
