Vermilye Welding Solutions is engineering and fabricating a line of custom stainless steel inline housing systems designed to deploy catalytic water conditioning technology at industrial scale. Developed in partnership with an industrial water treatment technology company, the systems serve as the precision-fabricated physical platform that takes a proven catalytic process and delivers it as a modular, field-deployable product for industrial process water applications.

Flow capacity scaling from single-unit pilot applications up to 2,000 GPM multi-canister arrays
150 PSI pressure-rated systems designed for compatibility across wide temperature ranges and corrosive chemical environments
