Multi-Site Industrial Piping & Infrastructure

Skilled Labor Deployment - HVAC Contractor

19-Month Multi-Project Contract

Completed - Three concurrent project deployments across Ohio & Florida

Project 1: Aerospace Facility Cooling Infrastructure
Akron, OH — Former Lockheed Martin Facility

Retrofit upgrade of an existing cooling water circulation system for a new aerospace tenant taking occupancy of the facility. Scope included demolition of existing pump assemblies, structural fit-up modifications to accommodate new equipment, and full installation of upgraded pump assemblies into the pre-existing 6" and 8" Schedule 80 steel cooling piping system. Work performed under full facility security compliance protocols, on-site installation standards, continuous firewatch, and strict safety requirements throughout.

  • Materials: 6" & 8" Schedule 80 carbon steel

  • Crew: 3 certified welders + supervisor

  • Duration: 4 weeks

Project 2: Full Copper Cooling Infrastructure, Hospitality Facility
St. Pete Beach, FL

Ground-up construction of a complete copper pipe cooling recirculation system across an 8-floor fully occupied hospitality facility. Scope included over 3,000 linear feet of copper pipe installation across two separate cooling loops, each with individual cooling systems and internal pump assemblies serving two buildings. Work was performed continuously over 6 months in an occupied, active hospitality environment coordinating above and around 4–6 other active trades and crews simultaneously, managing vendor procurement of all supplies, fittings, and components in the field, and maintaining project schedule under the constraints of a live, operational facility.

  • Materials: Copper pipe full system, dual loop

  • Crew: 6 certified piping technicians

  • Duration: 6 months

Project 3: Steam-to-Natural Gas Infrastructure Conversion
Eaton Aerospace — Euclid, OH

Full decommissioning of an existing steam-based heating infrastructure and complete new construction of a natural gas system across an active aerospace manufacturing facility. Scope included taking pre-existing steam infrastructure out of operation, pouring concrete equipment pads, installing and tying in multiple natural gas boilers across several plant areas, removing existing in-duct heating coils, and installing and commissioning new coil systems. All work was performed inside a live manufacturing facility; navigating confined spaces, coordinating plant-wide heating and ventilation system shutdowns during active production, adhering to strict plant safety protocols, and managing integration windows around continuous equipment operation.

  • Materials: Copper pipe full system, dual loop

  • Crew: 4–6 certified technicians

  • Duration: 8 months

Collective scope across all three deployments:
19 months of continuous multi-crew field deployment across three concurrent projects; certified piping and structural welding across carbon steel and copper systems, full site safety and security compliance, multi-trade coordination, and active facility operation constraints on every project.
